Overnight reports say: Drones attacked the Yug Rusi oil terminal in Rostov-on-Don overnight into Oct. 10, causing a large fire at the site, according to the Russian outlet Astra.

I think tRump's diesel "deal" was all for show anyway. With all the refineries hit, Russia has serious fuel shortages. They just don't have the spare fuel to lower world prices. Bombing the Rostov oil export terminal early this morning is just salt in the wound.
