API Access To Truth Media
Truth Media, introduced a service that allows machine-to-machine API-level millisecond-level access to the Truth Media feed.
The service costs $100K per month, and $1M on yearly basis.
Companies that use automated securities trading, have a "trade" advantage, even at the millisecond level, to trade securities, based on potential policy, personnel and executive orders announcements through Truth Media.
Constitutional Violations (First & Fifth Amendments): A prominent federal lawsuit filed in the Southern District of New York by The Intercept and the Freedom of the Press Foundation argues the subscription feed is unconstitutional. They assert it violates the First Amendment by denying the public and press equal access to official presidential communications, and the Fifth Amendment by charging unreasonable conditions to access government information.
Likelihood of Federal Crimes: A group of 53 former federal prosecutors and law enforcement agents filed a court brief stating the scheme "is likely committing federal crimes" by essentially allowing a sitting president to profit off the sale of nonpublic, market-moving executive actions.
Insider Trading & The STOCK Act: Former SEC officials and lawmakers (including Senators Elizabeth Warren and Adam Schiff) have called for SEC investigations. They argue the system may violate the 2012 STOCK Act, which prohibits executive branch officials from leveraging privileged, nonpublic government information for financial gain.
The DOJ and Blanche are now defending in courts, making Trump's use of Blanche as a his personal and corporate attorney, another problem. Yes, Blanche was his personal attorney.
Will any amount/level of grift entice MAGAs to switch allegiances?
