My Neighbors Are Under Surveillance

Apparently Taiwan's President''s oldest son, along with his wife and daughter, live somewhere in my "neighborhood".. He's an engineer and works for one of the local tech companies.

China agents are tracking him. One of them was arrested as she was leaving the country from California. She's working under the cover of a real estate agent.

Is this what Trump means by "we spy on them and they spy on us?"
