New recruits for ice are being fired and forced to pay back the 50,000 hiring bonus

They have to stay with the agency for 2 to 5 years to keep the bonus and since hundreds are getting fired before the term is up they have to pay it back. The firing comes after it was found that ice hired a bunch of people who had domestic violence in their backgrounds. Apparently ice mass hired several people who weren't fit for service and their system couldn't deal with the mass influx of people for vetting. By the time they did vet people, it was found that most of them weren't fit for service.
