Well, we can be morally disgusted if you like.
You can be proud that he would admit that to the world. If you like.
You can be worried if the UN or the International Court on Human Rights decides to strip the U.S of it's membership and put it on a 'watchlist', precisely BECAUSE of that admission. If you like.
And no doubt there'll be plenty who'll agree. Or even disagree !
YOUR problem comes when the FIRST U.S. citizen is captured in Pakistan or Syria or any other outpost where the C.I.A have eyes and ears. And THEIR president goes on tv to admit the same !!!
