I hate to be Mr Tin Foil hat, but doesn't it seem like everything Trump is doing is what a Manchurian candidate would do?

* Continuing an unwinnable war which is weakening defence capability.
* Threatening allies
* While also going easy of long standing US adversaries
* Putting in policies to expand wealth inequality
* Weakening patriotism by discrediting the military
* Creating a goon squad of secret police
