It has to do with social programming. And not just about violence. They do want to promote certain types of violence. Yet only certain types of violence. Yet even beyond that.
It even gets into the LGBTQQIP2SAA++ community and different types of moralities.
Just the idea of superpowers takes this into individual mind frame. Where individuality becomes more important than cooperation.
The control is obvious in everything.
Even right down to the hardware specifics and economics. They want to control everything.
