Also charged with falsely reporting a crime. So basically the ice agent made up a crime and shot at a closed door with a house full of people. Pro life Texas is currently harboring him from being charged with crimes after lying to the FBI.

The warrant situation is worse though. Why is Abbott not honoring a fully legal warrant through the 1793 federal extradition act?

That's over 200 years of established federal law! Does Abbott want chaos in federal law? Where any state (even Texas) can deny? Or is he being a simp for Trump?

This is looking to be very much a constitutional issue that Abbott eventually wants to go to SCOTUS.

This SCOTUS has overruled federal laws before.

@Munumbis Trump is in the Epstein files more than Jesus is mentioned in the bible and I bet you'd call him a "minor attracted person" if you could continue supporting him. I've never called anyone that regardless.

Anyways, still doesn't change the fact that the courts aren't going to buy "they weren't people in the house but communists" as a reason to shoot through a door. Too bad reality hates you.
