This is tragic and it was COMPLETELY AVOIDABLE! All it would have taken was for the Senior Officers and/or the Medical Officers to DO THEIR OWN DUTY and HONOR THEIR OATHS OF OFFICE!

Even in times of peace & prosperity, SUICIDE is a very, very real concern in all branches of the military. In my almost thirty years of active duty, I have never, EVER seen that threat blown off, never seen the services WAIT FOR MORE THAN FOUR DAYS TO NOTIFY THE NEXT OF KIN.

This is beyond DISGRACEFUL and Kegsbreath should immediately resign!

This is a failure in command involving both POTUS & Kegsbreath and the Commanders on board that carrier!
