Six years after pushing bogus claims about the 2020 election, Mike Lindell is now a serious contender to become Minnesota’s Republican nominee for governor.

Think about this...
There was a time when if someone told me that Trump was going to be The President of the United States, and that The MyPillow guy was running for Governor, I would have asked him for a hit of whatever they were smoking.
@TheHammer I think Lindell will split the Republican vote and work in favor of the Democrats, although I don’t know anything about MN politics, other than the Jesse Ventura era when he unexpectedly won the Governorship as an independent party candidate. My impression is that Ventura remains popular in MN and strongly opposes tRUMP. I think Ventura’s influence alone might crush pillow addict’s run.

But we’ll see…
Maybe now Deadbeat Pillow Addict Lindell can pay off his debts.

Not if i can help it.
What is wrong with those people ? They must really not have any reputable people wanting to run…
@DrWatson @PicturesOfABetterTomorrow It’s been an awful 24 hours for Demented Donnie—good!
@DrWatson Rightly so!!!

Interesting how we are discussing the advantages one crazy candidate has over another crazier one.

@DrWatson He’ll die penniless, angry, and living under a bridge.
@DrWatson …maybe he should run for governor of the State of Denial

"serious" remains to be seen.

I did get a spam text message yesterday, reminding me that President Trump has instructed all Republicans to vote for Lindell.

That in itself is a sign of desperation, I think!

It would be funny if it weren't so sad and frightening
@ChipmunkErnie surprised that someone as in debt as Lindell and as tied up in January 6th as he is is even allowed on the ballot.

I have read other stories that he was using his political donations to pay his personal debts.
@KunsanVeteran The bar was significantly lowered when a convicted criminal was still allowed to run for (and win) the presidency. If Lindell’s just in debt, they probably figure everyone can relate to that…🥺
