‘Patterns of assault on free & fair elections’: Top Dem on Trump’s efforts to interfere in midterms

With the November midterm elections approaching, concerns are growing over what actions the Trump administration may take to tighten federal controls over what is supposed to be state run elections. The New York Times reports that at least 25 county-level election officials who have all come to office since Trump returned to power currently play roles in elections in counties that are that are key to House, Senate, or statewide midterm races this year. Connecticut Democratic Senator Richard Blumenthal joins The Weekend to discuss.
My comments:
I am deeply troubled by Senator Blumenthal’s remarks. It certainly appears that tRUMP nominees for every position are being coached to avoid and even lie in their confirmation hearings.
It seems as if every single day Demented Donnie insinuates himself into our elections in some nefarious manner.
There will never be another “free and fair” national election as long as tRUMP is outside of prison.
