Reflective Pool Fiasco

Signs at the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool state that it was partially refilled to flush the pipe system for the first time in over ten years.

The notices explicitly blame previous administrations, including Joe Biden, Donald Trump, and Barack Obama, for neglecting the infrastructure, noting that over half of the 58 water supply ports were clogged.

The signs also advise that the cleaning process may temporarily discolor the water.
