Those so called "Deaths of despair" are mostly happening to Right wing men. It's all good news.

Think about it, where do you see most of the "Deaths of despair" rural America. Where the republican enabling asshats live. How is it a bad thing that these men are dying? as they do, our chances in elections improve.
