Elon Musk’s artificial intelligence company, xAI, requested a restraining order to block Minnesota’s law banning AI "nudification" apps.

Digital Undressing uses AI to generate pictures and videos of any real person undressed and engaging in lewd acts. The Minnesota law bans this app.

Is the law a restriction of freedom protected by the First Amendment? Does the First Amendment allows you to generate videos of a nude Donald Duck having sex with a naked Daisy Duck? Those are cartoons and not real people. xAI will be used for targeting the King of England or even the Pope.

This is why I don't use X or AI's...and don't forget Elon's black eye from the the Black Eye club. He earn trillions of dollars, while he claims playing with his son to give him a black eye? He can make excuses all he wants. He's dead to me no matter what...just like the rest of billionaire tech CEO's.

At any rate, not using X or AI is merely turning your back out of spite, a practice driven by malice or revenge rather than a practical need to protect society. The law is for protecting us against Elon Musk and immoral big power oligarchy from debasing humanity.
