Supreme Court should overturn $83.3 million jury award to E. Jean Carroll.

The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals found the penalty appropriate given the severe emotional harm and continuous defamation. The award included $18.3 million for actual and emotional damage and $65 million in punitive damages to stop future attacks.

Emotional harm? Punitive damage? Only in America do courts admit such crap. And how much will the US court award to Maduro who is suffering more than emotional harm? He probably gets nothing because he is not a white American woman but a spic who is lucky not to be taken out by a US Navy drone strike.

So call your congressman and tell them to pass a law against it. But don't single out Carroll just because Maduro also deserves something. He's free to sue too.
