With so many scandals attached to AG nominee Todd Blanche's name it's hard to pick just one that could lead to Sen. Tom Tillis or others blocking his confirmation. But Popok takes a look at Tillis and the Reflecting Pool indictment as a likely reason for Tillis to block Blanche.

Hmmmm, Senator Tillis holds all the cards here as the Chair of the nomination committee for TOAD’s confirmation for AG.
If Tillis doesn’t approve, the confirmation vote doesn’t go to the Senate for a vote. Tillis has said that he won’t approve anyone who dismissed the January 6th convictions.
