You could make the argument Trump did the same thing on a smaller scale.

If memory serves he had the SS staying in Trump owned properties to funnel money from the Treasury department to his own pocket.

If we had a true and accurate accounting I have little doubt that the ledger of grift, greed, and theft of Fat Leonard is orders of magnitude lighter than Demented Donnie’s!!!
