It is time for the Governor of Kentucky to call a Special Election unless McConnell resurfaces.

Term limits? Sure. But what we need is an age limit. Make it to where if the conclusion of your term takes you past age 80, you can’t run. That means 77 for congress, 73 for senate, and 75 for president.

Face it, those that reach 80 are clearly in decline after that age.

Try getting 2/3 of both chambers of Congress to pass a Constitutional Amendment and then 3/4ths of the state legislatures to ratify.
