DA Wants to Arrest People, Hold Them Without Charges, Make Them Post Bond And Figure Out LATER What to Charge Them With. Judge Goes Ballistic!

A Burnett County, Wisconsin District Attorney tells a judge that charges weren't filed against a defendant because the DA's office lacked probable cause on one of the counts to file charges on but that he's asking the police department to "find" probable cause. 🤣 You can imagine how well that went over with the Judge Melissia Mogen.

@Thinkerbell I don't think it's a joke when people in the US are arrested without probable cause, and without charges, even though a month has passed since the arrest and a court date is filed. That's not how American justice works.
