What is the MOU with Iran doing for the USA? They will get $300 billion and keep control of the Strait of Hormuz

The Ayatollah is going to use that money for terrorism. It is not US taxpayer money (like Obama bent over to give it up to Iran) but it is money that the US would allow and facilitate. They are going to place toll on that strait as soon as the 60 days limit expires. What the fuck is this doing for the world in the long term?
