if it were me, I would have charged him with Murder in the First for Every single Victim who died and have him executed by firing squad for the blood all over his hands.
This should have been a Capital case. I mean after all what good is the law if every now and then we don't occasionally offer up a Rich man whose negligent behavior gets people killed as a sacrifice?
