DOJ going after E. Jean Carroll. It's much more critical than going after Iran.

It's about time. A judge awarding a woman $83 million for defamation and another $5 million for sexual abuse? Which whore in the world is worth that much? Of all the injustices done against Trump, this takes the cake.

The Justice Department has opened an investigation into writer E. Jean Carroll, who accused President Trump of sexually assaulting her 30 years ago. Chances are, the DOJ is going to get the crook.

And in 2023 a jury considered all the evidence and found Ms Carroll's accusations were true. Maybe it's the jury you want to investigate??

A jury verdict in May 2023 found Trump liable for sexually abusing and defaming Carroll, and ordered him to pay US$5 million in damages. Trump unsuccessfully made a counterclaim and appealed to the Second Circuit. In November 2025, he asked the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn the verdict.

In reaching the verdict, the judge asked the jury to find if the preponderance of the evidence suggested that Trump raped Carroll under New York's narrow legal definition of rape at that time, denoting forcible penetration with the penis, as alleged by the plaintiff; the jury did not find Trump liable for rape and instead found him liable for a lesser degree of sexual abuse. In July 2023, Judge Kaplan said that the verdict found that Trump had raped Carroll according to the common definition of the word, i.e. not necessarily implying penile penetration. In August 2023, while dismissing the counterclaim, Kaplan wrote that Carroll's accusation of rape is "substantially true".

Sexual assault victims are always blamed by people who more than likely do it to others or are enablers of rapists. I hope she gets them again for this reason. It's good she was successful at suing two times, I hope she can go for a third.
