DOGE only cut waste and abuse, like saving civilians. Who needs slackers who don't even join the army, right? 🙄 All they do is complain about exploding gas prices as a result of an elective war instead of risking their life to get back to exactly where we were before the war, in the best case scenario.
@NerdyPotato Doge didn't check what anyone did before cutting, they just cut... they didn't even check the laws, which is why most of the initial firings were legally overturned, as they didn't follow the law...
Which wasted a lot more money... as you had to do all the processing out, then processing back in, and some processing back out.
They quite literally could of saved either extremely high millions or low billions by just waiting... which the law required them to notify and then wait, and they failed to wait...
Also most of the contracts that Doge cut, were already spent... so they cut a contract and say it was a $5 million dollars contract, the Doge website would say they saved $5 million...
But I'm reality, most of the contracts, over 80% (4 million in this example) was already spent... and so they saved $1 million or less, and probably less when you factor in the legal costs.
Hell, I bet an unbiased study that got full assess to the costs would say Musk got more new money from the Federal government into his businesses than Doge saved.
