Your 'system' is designed to enrich healthcare providers and so it's to be expected that there will be massive levels of fraud and theft - it's the american way, as the White House is currently demonstrating.

It depends on the retired old person though, doesn't it? A record that has been beneficial to you or those you rally for shouldn't be dismissed.
If they are monied, how they got that money and what they've done with it?

With the unlimited number of credible resources for information available to us, our choices should be made by knowing exactly what we are choosing.
And we, as informed people, should be able to recognize when someone's age will become a thing.

Why, @StrictLoving, didn't the "magic of the market" self-correct all these panics and booms and busts? Why all the farm failures? Why all the investments ruined and people thrown out of work unpaid? If capitalism is so great, why all the instability?
And what happened to reduce all the instability after 1929??
The answer, @StrictLoving, is the very institutions you love to hate. These institutions stepped in and imposed stability. And the stability is better for business. It's better for working people. Capitalism is inherently unstable. The institutions you love to hate moderate that instability. That's reality. Deal with it.
