I'm for the repeal of FOSTA/SESTA.
AGAINST The tide.
Why? I am a feminist. I'm not a fucking, Sex Worker Exclusionary Radical feminist.
Furthermore, I am a Feminist.
Point being All FOSTA/SESTA has truly achieved is pushing sex workers into more unsafe working environments where they are less able to screen their clients.
It took escorts that were selling on Backpage and pushed them onto the Streets.
Because men might not need to buy sex, but some women make their income that way and need to sell it to us. Regardless of how you feel about the morality of this remains the reality of Prostitution into the modern era.
Now As a Feminist, I would presume I should advocate to keep all women safe, including women who engage in sex work.
So I want FOSTA/SESTA Struck down and Safer Working Conditionds for women who engage in sex work.
