Poll - Total Votes: 13

Donald is suffering from a condition, let him go.
Donald is serious. You can have 5 million fraudulent votes and he has a mandate.
We should do elections by popular vote and trust the results.

the Woman's March was timed and carried out perfectly!
Monarch ... please, repeat after me ... Trump won, as part of the largest transfer of political power since 1922.

Trump carrying 2,800 counties (of 3,177), along with 35 states, meant more than 90% of police departments, EMTs, road departments and municiple courts had shifted to GOP control ... along with state/county budgets, state/county judges, House control, Senate control ... and control of the Supreme court ... with enough states, for the first time since Alaska became a state ..to consider the possibility of constitutional amendments.

What is amazing, is 20% of Hillary's vote was from just 1 state ... California.

You can stop repeating now.

@questionWeaver: That's not really what that means. Just because a county voted a particular way during the presidential election doesn't mean that their entire government and all services are turned over to a particular political party. In fact, many EMS services are private companies.
@Xuan12:

EVEN the NY Senate ended up GOP.

True we can not automatically assume when a county picks a GOP governor, a GOP judge, a GOP state representative, a GOP senator and a GOP president that they are likely to want local GOP government.

But ... we do not need to assume ... the Democratic and GOP parties did the work, gathered the numbers ... and the media published it.

Each state has a spreadsheet they published which shows it. It was easy to get the data.

There are no secrets or assumptions necessary.

It has been determined (and published by Democrat strategists) ... that this was the largest shift in political power since 1922.

But ... it does stand to reason, that winning 2,800 counties, 31 states, 35 state legislatures and the House of Representatives ... that the counties most likely followed the trend.

As to EMT ... except in a few states, the EMT contracts are selected and paid for by county taxes.

The county determines the EMT metrics ... and police/fire service levels.
@questionWeaver: lol 3 million, he lost by 3 million
@MonarchButter: LOL ... guess your math skills are a bit weak.

Let me help you.

Trump won by 3 touchdowns and is now the superbowl champ.

You got this story that you piled up more rushing yards ... with nothing, but empty beer cans to show for it.

I really am enjoying this!

Really, there are few things I like better than watching1 LA waste millions of voters time.

This is too cool.

At the moment, it is good to be me!
@questionWeaver: lol he lost by 3 million votes. He knows it and it stings.

My point is that a lot of the things you mentioned have no partisan test or meaningful influence. The county I live in is deep red, but the sheriff and chief justice are blue. Political affiliation isn't related to their service. XD The county even opted to legalize recreational marijuana, with the board of commissioners later claiming that they didn't understand what they were voting on, but leaving it stand nonetheless. It's been legal in the county for three years now and no one does anything despite "popular disapproval". That's just a funny tangent though. But particularly in the medical field, illness, diagnoses, and treatment doesn't change based on which party is in power. Neither does how we pay for it, contrary to what they'll try to tell you.
@Xuan12: political affiliation matters ... or folks would not invest time in differentiation.

For a funny story, a blue NJ town selected a Blue Tea Party champion for mayor ... guess they saw the trend.

County government is where most people see government in action.
@MonarchButter:

LOL ... so, that is all ya got?
@questionWeaver: The majority of America does not want him as Prez, the majority of voters did not cast a ballot for him. Lol he lost by 3 million. Just close your eyes and let it sink in. 😉
@MonarchButter:

Sorry dude .. we are the Kool Kids ... we are the popular ones ... we control the budgets ... we distribute the cash ... hold the law ... run the courts ... heck, we could even do a constititional amendment.

And we don't even need to interact ... you are stuck in the cities ... relatively surrounded ... and TOTALLY benign.

It is good to be me.
@questionWeaver: lol that's what Bush's robots were saying in 2000. He ruined the economy and led us into 2 wars.

3 million !!
Isn't it 14mm losers in California? ... give or take a wasted vote or two

Keep dwelling on it butter ... it will keep ya busy while we remake America.

@questionWeaver: His home state of New York wasn't a fan either.
@Pfuzylogic:

Fuzy ... not the state ... just his home city ... I think Hillary lost 48 counties and the GOP took the NY state senate.

Look at Philly, cause I know those numbers ... about 560,000 voted for Hillary 105,000 voted for Trump

560,000 is a lot of people ... she lost Pennsylvania
@Pfuzylogic: NY? The entire nation! The majority of voters nationwide didn't vote for him.
Pfuzylogic · M
@questionWeaver: alternate facts😂
She took NY state in the election.
Pfuzylogic · M
@MonarchButter: Picking states she slammed him in. New York City knows his hustle and the state as far as votes.
@MonarchButter:

Good point.

Hillary recieved 50% of her vote from just Miami, NYC, Chicago, LA and San Fran.

90% of her vote was from 83 cities and 140 university towns.

In 2,800 of 3,177 counties Trump support completely obscured Hillary voters.

In the cities, there were virtually no Trump supporters.

Everywhere else, there was essentially no Hillary supporters.

The polarization of American separated clearly into urban-non-urban territory.

This was no surprise, since population is not growing in the cities ... and growing in the red states ... the electoral redistribution from blue to red is equal to 1 vote per year.

Since, it is the "United" States ... to win control requires winning the preponderance of the states ... not population ... the US vote total has been irrelevant for 240 years ... it did not get anymore relevant this year. At best, it is a distraction.

Every state counts ... but no state will tolerate another state dominating it.

Trump took 30 states 306 votes ... Hillary only 20 ... 232 votes.

In the end, Trump ushered in the largest shift in political power, since 1922 ... with the last time the electorate was divided geographically ... being 1860, right before the Civil War.

@questionWeaver: I see your preponderance of facts.
I try to avoid correcting "facts".
Hillary slammed in two of the most populous states.
@questionWeaver: lol 3 million, that's not counting the people that didn't vote..
@Pfuzylogic: @Pfuzylogic:

Yes she did!

She kicked it in CA, MA and NY ... NY was bitter sweet ... she won the state in a losing presidential bid ... but lost the NY Senate to the GOP.

She kicked it in Philly, Baltimore, DC, Miami, Boston ... and really cleaned up in LA and San Fran.

It is clear secular urban America detests the non-urban values.

Smiling ... there is no commonality at all.

@questionWeaver: Right, well. Next time you need a doctor or paramedic, remind them to treat you in accord with your political preference. Cardiac arrest and the most effective treatments for it are different depending on how you vote after all.
@MonarchButter: LOL ... butter ... 3 million totally irrelevant votes ... fascinating how the founding fathers built something where 3 million people ... actually it is all Hillary voters ... how they all could become so irrelevant.

Fascinating ... ironic ... satisfying
