Will we see a united Ireland in our lifetime?

They certainly don't want the hard border again that may have to happen if Northern Ireland is to be dragged out of the EU by the UK.

I always wonder (although I realize I don't know all the logistics), do a majority of Irish and Scottish want to be separate from England and English influences ? Is it even possible ?

I believe come the next independence referendum a majority of Scots will want away (I can't take another defeat😂 It destroyed me last time). I think Irish reunification is becoming more likely now but it's still a long way off.
