This time it's for posting a picture of seashells on the beach that spelled out 86 47 in the sand. Which can mean getting rid of, tossing out or killing the 47th president.
Unless this is heard before an extremely Trumpy judge it will be tossed IMO.
Edit: I originally thought DOJ prosecutors were bringing the case. Since it was a Grand Jury indictment it is not as likely to be tossed.
Yawn, but this is the "acting" AG's job interview. If he doesn't deliver a jail sentence for Comey, which will be tossed out on appeal, he's going to be fired.
