Unless this is heard before an extremely Trumpy judge it will be tossed IMO.
Edit: I originally thought DOJ prosecutors were bringing the case. Since it was a Grand Jury indictment it is not as likely to be tossed.

@ElwoodBlues I make political donations every election cycle. I usually wait until September and give directly to candidates campaigns who are in tight and or must win races regardless of where they are. I'm going to be donating a lot of $86.47s late this summer.
