I've been extraordinarily blunt, especially for me, who often practices tactfulness about Politics.

Not a single damn thing will improve even a little bit until enough Republican voters enter the Forever box. Such that Democrats will not need them to get anything done. 2 whole generations are united against them, Gen Z and millennials, and you'll argue with me "That's not, so there are some-" motherfucker listen to me, there aren't enough members of either generation that line up with the GOP to save them. Gen X loves to play Wildcard for whatever reason. I only partially understand them, but the future looks like the majority of us shouting down the minority of us who lean right and republicans being outnumbered 6 to 1 as Boomers Die out.

I've said it, Again and again, and I meant it. Not a Single Damn thing will improve until enough of the 33% of the country who backed Bush even in his twilight years as the rest of us turned agaisnt him

As to the Democrats, voting has become rather pointless. I no longer vote with hope that the party will be able to enact the progressive agenda, I vote merely out of spite for the GOP so Wyden and Merkley have only one job as far as I'm concerned which is to bring the senate to a standstill until the democrats have a veto proof majority in both chambers.

I have no interest in getting anything accomplished until then and every interest in obstruction and congressional gridlock, which is what I'm voting for. Better to get nothing done than to give republicans an inch.

There's is as well the apathy of those that just didn't even vote or even register to vote. They actually were the majority this last presidential election.
