Yet another former Trump lawyer - John Eastman - is now permanently disbarred. This very likely was not a difficult decision for the California bar and the California courts. You know why? Because John Eastman had come up with a scheme to try to overturn Donald Trump's election loss - a scheme that he, Eastman, admitted wasn't legal. But he said let's try it anyway.
