Vance issues warning to Pope Leo. Vance said it was wrong for the Pope to criticize those who wield the sword.

In sparring with Pope Leo on theology, Vance said it was wrong to criticize those who wield the sword because Europe would never have been liberated during WWII without the U.S. military.

Does anyone, especially a practicing Christian, thinks this American hillbilly has a point?

Vance can disagree with the Pope, but he must defer to him when it comes to theology, or produce some sort of PhD in theology, because that's the entry level for a Catholic Bishop.

It doesn't matter how well accredited Vance is. He is still the sheep, an even-toed ungulate . The Pope is the shepherd, transformed by divine grace to be the vicar of Christ.
