Is trump's destroying Iran's electric companies and bridges war crimes?

I am not a barrister so cannot say if they are war crimes by formal definition; but President Trump seems determined to deepen his war for ever less clear reasons, to make peace ever harder to find, and to turn the Iranians ever more against his own country (and Israel).

It is notable that although the other Arabic states are being attacked by Iran for hosting USAAF bases, and Saudi Arabia has long been involved in Yemen, they have the moral courage not to retaliate actively against Iran.
