Well in all honesty far too many leaders of the world commit war crimes, Trump just made the threat!
And if he said he's not worried about war crimes he's not, after all the supreme Court of this country basically said he's immune to prosecution, and I seriously doubt no matter what he did or does another country is not going to come after him in a legal way.
