He certainly believes in all the right waffle words! The more waffly the less I take its writer seriously.

I think the middle sentence translates to

"He has helped restore communications and medical supplies for disaster relief"....

but I could wrong. He might simply have told van-drivers where to deliver the supplies. .:)

"He has..." I assume they are his own words written as if to look like glowing praise from a past employer, or at least a "business school" director.

I wonder what he really does, and if he's actually any good at it?
