WHOOPS! There goes another Republican Congressman!

Effective immediately, Kevin Kiley (CA 3rd Congressional District), has resigned from the Republican Party and is switching his affiliation to Independent—becoming the ONLY Independent currently in the House!

Could this be the crack that shatters the dam?

I don't expect true Republicans to become Democrats. But it does say a lot when they would rather be considered Independent than Republican.
