A tactical operations centre in Kuwait got hit and apparently some reports suggest some of the hotels hit in the Gulf housed US and Israeli

intelligence and military personnel.

Both are indications of tactics seen in Ukraine from both sides are now being introduced to the Middle East by Iran. It also seems to suggest the US and Israel have not been paying attention to how conflicts are changing.

@trollslayer Probably not directly but both Russia and Iran have said they are sharing lessons learned, tactical information and intelligence.

So they likely gave them info on tactics and how to evade western anti aircraft systems.

That being said Iran is not some backwater. They have also learned alot from the previous attacks by the USAF.

But part of it is just negligence on the part of the US. They had a TOC setup with zero air defense and no EW when the Shahed is the basis for the drones setting Ukraine on fire? People forget Russia has used Iranian designed weapons to very good effect against NATO weapons systems.

No excuse for that.
