Obama, of course. Some changes were necessary when he was elected, we were in a recession and at war. I just wish his government had cooperated and Trump hadn't trashed him so unrelentingly. Trump's slogan was simply his response, to tell his followers he wants to make America white again. Who else was he supposedly taking America "back" from ?
