Obama, of course. Some changes were necessary when he was elected, we were in a recession and at war. I just wish his government had cooperated and Trump hadn't trashed him so unrelentingly. Trump's slogan was simply his response, to tell his followers he wants to make America [b]white[/b] again. Who else was he supposedly taking America "back" from ?
