Why did the black mayor of Atlanta grin like a minstrel when Gavin Newsome insulted his intelligence?

He was smiled and shined like a motherfucking coon while Newscum insinuated his low SAT score and reading ability during an interview in front of an audience.
If I became the mayor of a major city, NO white man is going to assume that I have anything less than superior intellect and ability to be there. What kind of real black man subjugates himself for Democrats like that?
