Have you needed to cut people out of your life because of current politics ?

I have. Not relatives, though. Thankfully, none of my family members or even extended family are MAGAs. I kind of feel bad for some of these people, but I respect them.

No. Thankfully, I'm not close to anyone whose politics are their entire identity. It gets completely nauseating after a while.
