If I were to cut people out it wouldn’t be for differences in politics but for differences in morality. We should really stop expanding the definition of politics to cover things like how we treat groups of people and whether or not some people deserve the same rights as the rest of us.
That said, I so far haven’t cut even the reddest MAGA supporters out of my life. Considering I live in a small city in the middle of Missouri I’m afraid I’d be lonely if I cut people out just for being MAGA or having voted for Trump.

@Theyitis This time around it feels like a difference in morality or values. A convicted criminal was elected president. Perhaps it’s easier for me because I don’t live in a red state. And even my southern relatives live mostly in blue cities in red states.

This isnt a new expansion of politics defintion. This has always been part of politics since the invention of politics. Politics and morality/values are intrinsically linked and alaaua have been.
