Markets Down Across The Board
Bitcoin is below $65K, which I believe is $65K too high.
But jobs data, coupled with massive layoffs over the past year, and much higher spending forecast in the tech space, combining to take the markets down about 1.25 points.
Silver is down nearly 12.5% and Gold down 2%.
A friend of mine called to chat, he said he's shuttering his red state restaurant due to more than 30% increase in food prices, a 35% rent increase, and consumers pullback on discretionary spending. Not to mention that his kitchen stuff seems to have disappeared (the state shares a border with Mexico).
