For all the republicans who take so much pleasure in pointing out where democrats complain about the new administration...

...can we take a moment to remember when the rupublicans screamed and stamped their feet so much that the american government got shut down?

Hmm...I don't remember riots in the streets then. But if you got links, I'll check them out.
MetalGreymon · 36-40, M
Of course. It's better when elected officials throw tantrums
lol
Sicarium · 46-50, M
@UnparalleledMonster: So, that's a no, you don't have links because there were no riots in the streets. Got it.
MetalGreymon · 36-40, M
@Sicarium:

lol agreed. Did you think i was going to argue that point?

I'll take your silence on the subject to agree that, yes, elected officials throwing a tantrum is just a bit worse. Got it.
Sicarium · 46-50, M
@UnparalleledMonster: What silence? I just don't fall for distraction bait. You presented a false moral equivalency. I destroyed that equivalency with one example. Nothing difficult to grasp here.
MetalGreymon · 36-40, M
@Sicarium:

You also didn't refute the "distraction" lol

And there was no attempt at making an equivalency. It was a simple reminder of republicans behaving very badly. The fact that democrats also behaved badly is irrelevant.
Sorry about your false moral equivalency hunt😝
Sicarium · 46-50, M
@UnparalleledMonster: There's no need to refute a distraction. You define people who are behaving rationally but doing something you don't like as being "unprofessional." That is false. There was no unprofessionalism from those Republicans. They did what they did under the established rules of Congress. And they aren't the first to do it.

On the other hand, you're equating that to rioting and looting, to burning down parts of cities. Why? Because you're an ideologue who twists meanings and definitions to suite you. I'm not going to play that game. What I will do is, gladly, point out your false equivalencies.

lol actually i did nothing of the kind. But just a real good job of dismantling that straw man, champ

I'm not defending the rioters.
I'm just pointing out a time when republicans stamped their little feet and balled their little fists and held their breath so they could get their way.
Sicarium · 46-50, M
@UnparalleledMonster: Sure you did. You did so by downplaying what the right is complaining about. And you did it on purpose. It was intentional. You got called for it. But rather than admitting it and moving on, you'll argue pointless.
MetalGreymon · 36-40, M
@Sicarium:

"no, let me tell you what you were doing because i know better"

Hahahaha! So you're assigning opinions and motivations to me and then criticizing them.

If it pleases your ego to do so then carry on.
But if all your going to do is burn down straw men then i won't be wasting any more time with you
Sicarium · 46-50, M
@UnparalleledMonster: Not at all. I'm deducing your opinions and motivations based on your previous posts. For example, I can deduce that you like to distract rather than admit when you're wrong because I've seen you use distractions over and over again to change the subject when you've run out of steam.
MetalGreymon · 36-40, M
@Sicarium:

Look champ. If you want to make up my side of the argument so you can defeat it and that makes you feel good then do it.
But you don't need my help.
lol
Catch ya next time😉
Sicarium · 46-50, M
@UnparalleledMonster: Like I said, deduction. I could be wrong, but I doubt it. And the whining is only reinforcing my perception.
