Carville predicts GOP ‘wipeout’ in 2026 midterms .

Veteran Democratic strategist James Carville predicted Saturday that the 2026 midterm elections will be a “wipeout” for Republicans, with Democrats picking up 25 seats “at a minimum.”

“Frankly, it’s going to be a wipeout,” Carville told host Kayleigh McEnany on Fox News’s “Saturday in America.”

“Your viewers need to know that the Democrats are going to pick up at a minimum 25 seats, maybe as high as 45. In all likelihood, the Democrats will carry the Senate,” he added.

On the other hand, David Plouffe, a former senior advisor to former President Obama, is warning about Electoral College math in 2032.

“After the adjustments to the Electoral College map that look likely to come with the next census, the Democratic presidential nominee could win all the states won by Kamala Harris, plus the blue wall of Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin and still fall short of the 270 electoral votes needed to win,” Plouffe wrote. “An already unforgiving map becomes more so.”

I don't think the map should have become "unforgiving." The Blue Wall should be just that, only that it should have been impenetrable. No Republican, most of all Donald Trump, should have had any business winning ANY of those three states in 2016.

But, as I have said before, President Obama didn't give a hoot about having a Democrat Congress. He cared more about the Dirty Hose minor league teams than he did about down ticket races. It's why the Democrats lost over 900 state and federal elected seats from the time he took office until the time he left. It's only because of Trump that Democrats have gained many (but nowhere near all) back. He wanted a "legacy" - the Affordable Care Act. Only he didn't seem to realize that to protect it, Democrats would need to remain in power in D.C.

Does it really matter who wins the elections? Serious question. Nothing changes but the names on the seats. All of them are owned by dark forces and dance to the tune of those who are in control.
