Trump is out of his mind - he wants to be like Putin so bad he's just going around taking countries or threatening to take like Putin.

NATO troops are in Greenland now. Their presence is symbolic. Total number is around a dozen comprising 3 from France, 2 from UK, 1 from Germany, etc.

Was I out of my mind? I am asking a serious question. I voted for Trump. He turned out to be a disaster. There are American voters who still support him regardless of what he is doing now. I don't. I wish there is a way to remove him from office the way a CEO of a company can be removed by the board. Unfortunately, the "board" in this case is Congress.

@sree251 I understand it is hard to admit a mistake as big as that..However, lets consider for a moment Trump and his business history. You are voting for your own political leader, military leader and leader of the Free world and you choose a man with multiple bankruptcies, in debt to Russian banks and with a rather questionable moral and ethical history regarding dealings with women. (Although personally I dont care about that if he can run a country.) You may not remember this. But there was quite a stink in America over Kennedy being a Catholic at the time.. And Reagan took a lot of heat over being an actor, in spite of his anti communist work.. So where did the standards go? All this stuff on Trump was public record and YOU voted for him..So you didnt do your research.. Now how are you going to fix this problem we all have??
(I should point out, this isnt personal.. It is however important every American realise they FUBARed this big time..)😷

Lets unpack this. I don't like the way the US Government is set up. The Constitution has fundamental flaws. Firstly, it allows any damn fool, as long as the person is a US citizen, born in the US, to be chosen for office of President. Secondly, it also allows any damn fool, as long as the person is a US citizen, to vote for any damn fool born in the US to take the office of President. These two reasons alone are enough to tank the country.
I am not making excuses for Trump but a person's private life is his business; and I did not vote for him to be the Pope, the vicar of Christ. His track record as a businessman was also irrelevant because I did not vote for him to run a business corporation in which I was heavily invested.
I explained to you the rationale of my voting decision. On top of that, I had to choose between him and Kamala Harris. Do you think Kamala was the better choice?

What is "FUBARed"?

@sree251 We have no disagreement with how you see the system. So lets get down to cases.. Trump V Harris. Was Kamala a good option? Probably not.. Particularly how she was packaged. Maybe if she has been properly groomed and promoted from day one as Bidens successor after one term. But we will never know.. But was she the least worst option? In my view a thousand times Yes.. However, Americans have the option of staying home, and a lot of them did. Which clinched it. In my country voting is compulsory. So you have to show up to vote. I wont go into how much better that would make the US system in itself.
And FUBAR is out of US Military Jargon.. F**ked Up Beyond All Recognition😷

Yes
The number of troops that France sent the gentleman on the video I gave stated it, 10 to 15. And he named the other countries that sent a few troops too.
Symbolic - they are stating to Trump leave Greenland / Denmark alone or we will back them up. Symbolic - as of now the US has not made that hostile move.

I think many of them are beginning to realize they made a mistake. They were hoping for some things to change back but receiving a lot of things unanticipated.

@Charity The problem is that once Trump goes, things arent going to go back the way they were. Trump and his people have kicked the US sandcastle down. I doubt it will ever be rebuilt the same..😷

Good point, I have noticed a difference the past few years how these politicians talk to each other - more are beginning to use a vulgar word here and there and think nothing of it, degrade their opponents in each party.
