Where is the outrage?

@JimboSaturn Yeah, kinda ridiculous that people don't understand the difference here. The people who killed these women are deported and/or in prison, as they should be. The person who killed Renee will likely go free and is being hailed as a hero by half the nation. No one was defending the people who murdered these women. No one is saying that illegal immigrants should have the right to kill women, but people are saying ICE should have the right to kill people like Renee. These are not comparable situations.

@WestonTexan It's a blatant false equilvalency. The author is spreading the lies that murders in the US are mostly perpetrated by immigrants when the facts say otherwise. Most women are killed by someone they know.

Any loss of life is tragic. But facts matter. Renee Good put herself in a volatile law enforcement situation during an active ICE operation. When federal agents are conducting an enforcement action and a vehicle is driven toward officers it creates a deadly scenario. That does not mean she deserved to die but it does mean her own actions contributed to the outcome. For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction I think we can agree on. Personal responsibility still exists even in tragic situations.

What you are ignoring and what my post is about is that the people I listed were murdered by illegal immigrants in clear criminal acts. Rape. Abduction. Robbery. Strangulation. No confusion. No split second enforcement decisions. Just innocent people going about their lives and being brutally killed.

This has nothing to do with spousal abuse hotlines. Respectfully that is off topic. These victims were not killed by spouses or partners. They were killed by people who were not legally in this country to begin with.

As for law enforcement. agents are being assaulted daily while trying to enforce laws wether that's ice or your local police. when officers are attacked this is the predictable result. That is reality not ideology.

I have been pulled over countless times. I lower my windows keep my hands visible and follow instructions. I have even been arrested for DUI and theft. Never once resisted. Never disrespected an officer. Never got hurt. Respect and compliance matter.
The bigger problem is that respect for law enforcement teachers parents and authority in general has collapsed especially with the newer generation and we are seeing the consequences everywhere.

So yes Renee Good’s death is tragic.
But so are the deaths of Laken Riley Rachel Morin Kayla Hamilton Jocelyn Nungaray Larisha Thompson and Jamiel Shaw. And the rest. However They do not get marches hashtags or wall to wall outrage. That is my question to the post
That was my point. My concern. It's how they pick and choose and what fits their narrative the best.

There are protests and marches over Renee because ICE is not being held accountable and because people disagree with ICE's tactics. Renee's killer is likely to get off scot free. Is that what happened to the illegal immigrants who killed these women?

Again, the parallels are not there.
