@Lugwho Same. Part of the reason there's this narrative is because of straight-up racism and Islamophobia. If a non-Muslim mayor was in charge the narrative would be VERY different.
I suspect NYC will be considered lawless and overrun with criminal gangs in the next few weeks as well.
