Venezuela is not responsible for most of the drugs coming in this country the percentage is low. What Venezuela has is the largest oil reserve in the world, just like Greenland is rich in natural resources.
The female driver may have just been trying to drive off and not trying to hit the ice agent. Sad thing is can't be proven.
Because a person disobeys orders those who have certain types of authority have the right to kill them you say. That like leaders who practiced tyranny they kill people who disobey orders and you talk about Maduro.
Now if those with that type of authority feel their life is being threatened, which the ice agent may have, the law gives them right to use deadly force, which is understandable, wounding a person give the person a chance if they have a weapon to use it and the law enforcer may suffer.
