I'm glad they did though, the law that was proposed would have been devastating, citing banning abortion for almost all reasons except rpe or incest.

And this is why you shouldn't write laws that don't do anything at the time. Though in this case it worked out excellently, so thanks Wyoming republicans for not learning that lesson earlier!
