What would happen if Maduro is eventually acquitted?

😯

The indictment is pretty lacking in terms of evidence. Is the Trump DOJ going to have recently pardoned ex-Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernandez testify against Maduro?

Did you see the judge while Maduro was claiming kidnapping (which it was ) and having Diplomatic Immunity (Which he does as head of state. The judge kept talking over him and interrupting him. Now the last time I saw anything like that was at the Nuremberg trials mark 1, when hitler set up a sham trial of a bunch of people who plotted against him..
So I am not really expecting a lot of "due process" here. Also interesting is the counterpoint between the speaker of the House explaining how Venezuela would be business as usual while things got back to normal and Trump claiming "We are in Charge.." And Steven Millers comment. "We are in charge". So we know which side hes on..
So you did then. @whowasthatmaskedman

Thanks for the reminder byeeeee @whowasthatmaskedman
If tRump doesn't get the verdict he wants he will try to arrest the judge.

Possibly more interesting ramification of Maduro's capture: tRump has abandoned the notion of diplomatic immunity for heads of state. Imagine if, say, the King of England were to invite tRump over for a knighthood ("I dub thee Sir Donald of the Garter"). And then the Prime Minister has tRump arrested for, say, misuse of tRump's cryptocoin!

tRump better think twice about travel to any NATO country🤣😂

They may keep Maduro locked up though for petty reasons, this administration appears to be allowed to do whatever they want to others if the evidence is lacking

@SatanBurger

If there's a hung jury, they will keep re-trying him forever (or at least until Trump is out of office).
its a farce and the wolrd is laughing at the usa, nocountry will extradite anybody to usa now as they cant be guranteed a fiar trial, there are international laws for thiskind of thing for a reason

@jefferson And US Diplomatic Immunity is now subject to question. Every US consular vehicle had better pay their parking tickets real quick..😷
